Network is GREEN, but doesn't work

Hi guys and hi Peter.
Some strange problem after migration to JoinFS 1.4.25 (previous version 20 was fine).

I'm able to join with my private server, Simulator and Network button are green....It seams all fine but.....
If I go on User list windows I can see ONLY me (and not also "Server" user or other guys joined to the same server).

The same behaviour happen when I join on public Hubs.


Problem is on two/three people in a list of ten clients....
As you can see below in the log we have a list of user added and then the same user are removed.
What can be?

Hi Attilio,

I have an idea what the problem may be, but I need some more information.

1. In the JoinFS settings do you have Choose Local Port enabled? If so, what port number is entered?

2. Do you have port forwarding enabled on your router?

3. Could you and a fellow pilot revert to version 1.4.20 from the archive (uninstall JoinFS first). Connect as normal, but ask the other pilot what port number he sees in the user list next to your name.

Hi Peter,

1) no, port is NOT flagged.
2) no port forwarding active in my router
3) ok, I will test with other pilot and come back to you with the feedback.

Here I'm...my port number (that pilot can see in User list using 1.4.20) is "63436"

Great, thanks Attilio, it is as I suspected. Just need to come up with a fix for it. Shouldn’t be too long.
