I am getting the same repeat error on connect.
I am running 1.3.0.9

Where do I obtain the Xpack version?

Thank

I have installed the "Xpack version" of 10.0.61259.0, bringing my total to 4 versions of SimConnect client present at this time.

Still get the same pattern when I try to "turn it on"

Checking

Found

Trying to connect

"lather, rinse, repeat" over and over and over.....

Do you know which version of Simconnect JoinFS is trying to use?

I'm guessing....

If you have more than one version installed, the latest version would be used?

Just a guess!

Roo,

How would I find out which 'version' it's trying to use?

I'm unable to have a look at the moment as my laptop threw a hardware fault, so I'm in the middle of rebuilding it (literally).

But Peter might have output the version being used to the log file?

Any SimConnect version you use later than the Xpack version SHOULD support an app written for the Xpack version, but to be honest I usually only have the XPack version of SimConnect installed.

I use FSX Steam and having the Steam SimConnect version and the Xpack version installed together has caused me similar issues in the past.

If you remove all versions of SimConnect and start JFS it will ask for 10.0.61259.0, install it and run it again and says cannot connect..

and I repeat ...
