It DOES MATTER that in JOINFS the boxes ATC and Euroscope are UNTICKED, when those boxes are ticked I don't see my aircraft in the debugger, I see "Added position for ...." for other traffic in de debugger.
In whazzup I see that I'm logged in as the airport code, for example: EHAM_APP: Hans Uil but not the CAIO code of my aircraft, squawkcode etc etc
When unticked i see everything in whazzup.
Yes that would make sense.
With the ATC box ticked in JoinFS I would imagine Peter would ignore a users aircraft as they shouldn't have one as a controller.
Do you need it to see your aircraft?

When I convert with a converting program f.e 52,45451599..... and 5,521890689.... to degrees the value in degrees are correct, so Euroscope is reading te wrong value.
This is an interesting one as I've had a play just now and can't replicate it.
But I know that somebody else reported the same problem with an earlier version of the ESJFS tool.
I've listed my findings below.
If you could spawn on runway 36L at EHAM and see if any of the positions match.
I think this issue may be a setting in the flightsim, but I'm not sure what that might be?Runway 36L EHAM
CoOrdinates sent to EuroScope with the different tick boxes selected.
FSX DISPLAY (shift + Z)
LAT N 52.19,74
LON E 4.42,53
CoOrdinates converted using https://www.latlong.net/degrees-minutes ... al-degrees

4° 42' 31.9752'' E
jopie_60 wrote:Other less good news is that the flight plans won't be updated when ESJFS is connected to JoinFs, when ESJFS is connect to FSX the flightplan will be imported.
I've not got an issue with this either.
What is displayed in the debug window when you click the flight plan button?
Are there other aircraft in the session to get a flight plan from or are you trying to update the flight plan for your own aircraft only?
jopie_60 wrote:Is it possible to create a button on the ESFSF gui to send "squawmode C" to Euroscope.
I'm not sure what you mean by this.
Do you mean you'd like an aircraft to squawk ident?
jopie_60 wrote:Is it possible to import the weather from FSXWX.exe, that is a freeware program with the actual weather.
In the debugger I see that the METAR is added, which METAR and where is the content visible.
I think I answered this in the post above but I'll add to it.
The ESJFS tool retrieves the latest METAR for the station you are controlling.
So if ESJFS says STATION: EHAM_APP
the tool will get the real world METAR for EHAM.
If the GET MET every 15mins is ticked, ESJFS will check for a newer METAR every 15minutes and update EuroScope if it finds one.
Real World metars are sent (in Europe at least) every 50mins past the hour by Military airfields and at every 20 and 50 mins past the hour by civil airfields.
So with the 15mins tick box checked you should have the latest METAR displayed the majority of the time in EuroScope.
